I lead the strategic and operational delivery of all clinic services, ensuring that every aspect of the patient journey, clinical workflow, and business performance operates to the highest standards. With over 20 years’ experience in healthcare management, I bring a deep, practical understanding of private healthcare and the operational excellence it demands.
My role spans full responsibility for clinic operations, staffing, systems, compliance, finance, and patient experience. I work closely with clinical teams, consultants, and external partners to ensure that our patients receive safe, seamless, and personalised care in a calm and professional environment.
Before joining The Berkshire Clinic, I ran a successful medical PA business supporting private consultants across the Thames Valley and London. That hands-on experience in private practice management has equipped me with the insight and leadership required to navigate the complexity of modern healthcare delivery.
I am proud to lead a dedicated team that puts patients at the heart of every decision, and to drive forward a culture of trust, integrity, and continuous improvement throughout the clinic.
